This Consent Policy explains how KKGIF Services Private Limited obtains, records, uses, manages and respects customer, applicant, partner and user consent for service assistance, document processing, loan assistance, communication, data sharing, payment support and related service activities.

1 Introduction

This Consent Policy applies to all customers, applicants, borrowers, co-applicants, guarantors, website users, service users, partners, DSA partners, connectors, freelancers, work from home associates, referral partners and any other person who shares information, documents, requests or consent with KKGIF Services Private Limited.

By submitting any enquiry, application, lead, service request, document, payment, communication request, partner registration or form through our website, office, employee, partner, WhatsApp, email, phone call or any other approved channel, you provide consent for processing your information as described in this policy.

Important: Consent is required so that we can assist with loan services, financial services, multi services, documentation support, application processing, customer communication, partner support, payment/refund assistance, compliance and service coordination.

2 Scope of Consent

Your consent may apply to the following activities:

Service Assistance To understand your requirement and assist in loan services, financial services, multi services, documentation, form filling and application support.
Document Processing To collect, verify, organize, upload, share and process documents required for the requested service.
Loan Assistance To share your information and documents with banks, NBFCs, lenders, DSAs, authorized teams or service partners where required for loan processing.
Communication To contact you through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, website form, notification or other communication channels.
Payment / Refund To process service payments, receipts, invoices, refund requests, payment verification and transaction support.
Partner Program To process DSA, connector, freelancer, work from home, referral or partner registration, verification, payout and compliance.
Legal / Compliance To maintain records, prevent fraud, handle complaints, comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3 Information Covered Under Consent

Depending on the service requested, your consent may cover collection and processing of the following information:

  • Name, father/mother/spouse name, date of birth, gender and contact details.
  • Mobile number, alternate mobile number, email ID, address and location details.
  • PAN, Aadhaar, KYC documents, identity proof, address proof and photographs.
  • Income documents, salary slips, bank statements, ITR, GST, business proof and employment/business details.
  • Credit profile details, existing loan details, EMI details, obligation details and financial information.
  • Property documents, business documents, vehicle documents or other service-specific documents.
  • Payment details, transaction ID, UTR, receipt, invoice, refund details and bank account details.
  • Partner KYC, bank details, PAN, GST, referral code, payout details and work records.
  • Device details, IP address, browser details, cookies and website usage data where applicable.

4 How Consent May Be Collected

Consent may be collected through one or more of the following methods:

  • Website form submission, enquiry form, application form or service request form.
  • Checkbox, consent button, declaration, OTP verification or digital confirmation.
  • Email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, SMS confirmation or phone call confirmation.

6 Consent for Loan and Financial Service Processing

If you apply for loan assistance or financial service assistance, you authorize KKGIF Services Private Limited to collect, process, review, store and share your information and documents with relevant banks, NBFCs, lenders, DSAs, verification agencies, credit-related service providers, authorized internal teams and service partners as required for your loan/application process.

You understand that final approval, rejection, sanction amount, interest rate, tenure, disbursement, verification, credit assessment and lender decision are governed by the concerned lender’s policy and not guaranteed by the company.

7 Consent for Credit / Bureau / Verification Checks

Where applicable and legally permitted, you may be required to provide separate or specific consent for credit bureau, credit profile, KYC, income, employment, bank statement, business, property, technical, legal or other verification checks.

Such verification may be carried out by the concerned lender, bank, NBFC, portal, verification agency or authorized service provider as per their own process and applicable rules. KKGIF Services Private Limited may assist in coordinating such verification but does not control final verification outcome.

8 Consent for Communication

By submitting an enquiry or service request, you consent to receive communication from KKGIF Services Private Limited, its employees, authorized partners or service support team through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, notification, website form, or other communication channels.

  • Service updates and application status.
  • Document requirement and pending information reminders.
  • Payment, receipt, refund and transaction communication.
  • Complaint, grievance and customer support communication.
  • Service information, offers, awareness messages and follow-up communication.

9 Consent for WhatsApp, Calls and Digital Communication

You agree that our team may communicate with you through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email for faster service support. Messages may include document checklist, application status, service links, payment reminders, support updates, partner communication or follow-up messages.

You should not share OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card CVV, net banking password or confidential credentials with anyone. KKGIF Services Private Limited will never ask you to share such sensitive credentials for service processing.

10 Consent for Multi Services and Online Application Support

For multi services, online forms, documentation support, certificate/application assistance, bill/payment support, digital services or portal-based services, you consent to our team collecting and using your information/documents for form filling, document upload, application support, status tracking and service coordination.

You understand that final approval, rejection, delivery, correction, document issuance or service outcome may depend on the concerned portal, government department, vendor, authority, payment gateway or third-party service provider.

11 Partner, DSA, Connector, Freelancer and Referral Consent

If you join as a DSA partner, connector, freelancer, work from home associate, referral partner or service partner, you consent to collection, verification and processing of your identity, contact, KYC, bank, tax, work, referral, payout and compliance details.

  • Partner onboarding and verification.
  • Lead tracking, referral code/link management and work reporting.
  • Payout calculation, tax/TDS compliance, bank verification and payment processing.
  • Complaint handling, fraud prevention and partner conduct review.
  • Training, communication, task allocation and performance review.

12 Sharing of Information

Your information may be shared only when required for service, compliance, verification or support purposes, including:

  • Banks, NBFCs, lenders and financial institutions.
  • DSA/channel partners, authorized employees and service support teams.
  • Verification agencies, credit-related service providers and document processing partners.
  • Payment gateways, banks, refund/payment processors and accounting support.
  • Government portals, private portals, vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Legal, audit, compliance, grievance, fraud prevention or regulatory purposes.

13 Consent for Cookies and Website Tracking

You may request correction, update or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Such request will be reviewed according to identity verification, service status, legal requirements, record retention needs and applicable policy.

  • Incorrect mobile, email or address details may be corrected after verification.
  • Incomplete records may be updated based on valid documents.
  • Deletion request may be limited if records are needed for legal, audit, dispute, fraud prevention or service record purposes.

16 Consent Validity and Retention

Consent may remain valid for the duration required to process your service request, maintain communication, complete application, provide support, process payment/refund, handle complaint, meet legal obligations and maintain necessary records.

We may retain records for reasonable period as required for service history, audit, compliance, complaint resolution, fraud prevention, accounting and legal purposes.

17 Consent for Minors or Third-Party Applicants

If information relates to a minor, dependent person, co-applicant, guarantor, family member, employee, customer, business owner or third party, the person submitting such information confirms that they have lawful authority, consent or permission to share such information for the requested service.

The company may ask for additional confirmation, authorization or documents where required.

18 Accuracy of Information

The user, customer, applicant or partner is responsible for providing accurate, complete, genuine and updated information/documents. Submitting false, forged, edited, incomplete or misleading information may lead to service rejection, complaint, payout hold, termination, fraud reporting or legal action.

19 Security and Confidentiality

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, documents and service records from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no digital or communication system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Customers and partners must also protect their own documents, passwords, OTPs, devices, emails and communication accounts.

20 Fraud Prevention Consent

You consent that KKGIF Services Private Limited may verify details, review documents, maintain service records, investigate suspicious activity, report fake documents, prevent unauthorized collection and take necessary action to protect customers, partners and company interests.

21 No Guarantee by Consent

Providing consent, submitting documents, paying service charges, registering as a partner or submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval, service approval, disbursement, refund, payout, income, benefit, certificate issuance, final delivery or any specific outcome.

Final outcomes may depend on lenders, banks, NBFCs, authorities, portals, payment gateways, vendors or third-party service providers.

22 Policy Updates

KKGIF Services Private Limited may update, modify or revise this Consent Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be effective from the date it is published on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

23 Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of or related to this Consent Policy, consent given, consent withdrawal, data processing, service request, loan assistance, partner program, payment, refund, communication or document handling shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts/authorities at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh only.
