We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the success, profitability, or potential income generated through your services as a Sub-DSA. Your performance and compensation depend on your own efforts, the market conditions, and the policies of the financial institutions we represent.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in information provided by you or your clients during the loan application process. As a Sub-DSA, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you submit on behalf of clients is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any advice, suggestions, or recommendations you provide to clients are at your own risk. We shall not be held liable for any claims or damages arising from the advice or services you provide to clients.

As a Sub-DSA, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of our company. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while conducting your business activities.

Terms & Conditions for Our Partners:

1. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sub-DSA, you are authorized to promote, market, and facilitate loan products on behalf of our company and its partner financial institutions. You agree to act in a professional and ethical manner when interacting with potential clients, financial institutions, and any third parties involved in the loan process.

You are responsible for collecting all necessary documents, conducting initial client assessments, and ensuring compliance with our internal guidelines and legal requirements.

2. Compensation and Payouts:

You will receive commissions or fees based on successful loan applications submitted through your referral, in accordance with the payout structure provided by us.

Payouts will only be made for loans that have been approved, disbursed, and not withdrawn or cancelled within the specified cooling-off period. Any fraudulent or inaccurate submissions may result in the withholding or forfeiture of your commissions.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

You are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while conducting your activities as a Sub-DSA. This includes, but is not limited to, following guidelines related to anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data protection regulations.

Failure to comply with legal and regulatory requirements may result in immediate termination of your Sub-DSA status and legal action if necessary.

4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to any client information, business strategies, or proprietary materials shared with you during your tenure as a Sub-DSA. Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information may lead to termination of your Sub-DSA status and potential legal action.

5. Termination of Agreement:

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. In the event of termination, you will only be entitled to receive commissions for loan applications that have been approved and disbursed before the termination date.

You may terminate your Sub-DSA relationship by providing us with written notice. Any pending commissions will be subject to our payout terms.

6. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation as a Sub-DSA after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through internal discussion or external arbitration, in accordance with applicable laws. Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh].
